Tanja Potocnik starred in the 2002 Slovenian-Croatian film 'Varuh meje' ('The Guardian of the Frontier'). The movie follows three girls on a summer canoe trip down the River Kolpa, which becomes a journey into fear as they discover the river's frontier between Slovenia and Croatia also marks the boundary between permissible and forbidden actions. Potocnik plays one of these protagonists.
