Valentina Visconti starred in 'Arabella l'angelo nero' (1989). Arabella, her character, was a nymphomaniac who engaged in sexual encounters with multiple men. After killing one of her lovers, her husband, also a writer, hid the body and began documenting their experiences for his new book.
