Zdenka Podkapova was born and raised in Czechoslovakia. She started her career as a professional gymnast, representing the Czech national team for five years and winning the national championship four times. In 1996, she began modeling with her first photoshoot. In 1998, she contacted Penthouse magazine, leading to her debut pictorials in April of that year. Her career spanned from 1998 to 2007.
