Kathy Hill is a British model and actress who rose to international prominence in the mid-1980s. Born in 1956 in the United Kingdom, Hill initially began her professional life as a dental nurse before a career shift led her into the world of high-fashion modeling. Represented by an agency in Manchester, she quickly became a sought-after face for global advertising campaigns, working in major fashion capitals such as London, Paris, Milan, and Tokyo.
Her most enduring contribution to pop culture came in 1984 when she was cast as the lead female role in the music video for Wham!’s "Last Christmas". In the iconic holiday video, she played the former girlfriend of George Michael, whose reappearance at a ski resort with a new partner (played by Andrew Ridgeley) forms the emotional core of the story.
